Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to qualify for a full refund or to reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the booking fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
