My name is Charlene. I am based in North London. 

My journey started when I was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes back in 1997. I had complications with my kidneys. I had fatty liver disease. My arteries were partially clogged and I was experiencing numbness on the left side of my body and osteoporosis.

I was searching for a solution.  The medication that I was taking for diabetes caused weight gain and increased the risk of cancer.

A good friend recommended a qualified herbal practitioner. That appointment changed my life!

All of my health issues could be reversed if I changed my diet. I had to go plant based.
